1. Limited Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from deltafitnessapparel and covers manufacturing defects and shipping errors for the original purchaser. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 remain unaffected.
2. Warranty Period and Coverage Scope
The warranty period is 30 days from delivery. Products must remain unopened and in factory-sealed condition to qualify. This is in addition to your statutory right to reject faulty goods within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Shipping damage (reported within 24 hours)
- Incorrect shipments
Approved claims are resolved via replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. What Is Not Covered
- Customer-caused damage
- Improper installation or misuse
- Opened or used products (except where statutory rights apply)
- Cosmetic packaging issues that do not affect product function
- Environmental or normal wear damage
5. Warranty Claim Process
- Contact support within 30 days
- Provide order details and photographic evidence
- Claim is reviewed and evaluated
- Resolution is issued (replacement or refund)
6. Remedy and Resolution
We provide either replacement or refund depending on the situation. For faulty goods, you also have the right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to repair, replacement, price reduction, or the final right to reject.
7. Return and Inspection
Return shipping is covered by us for valid warranty claims and faulty or misdescribed goods. For goods faulty at the time of delivery, we arrange and pay for collection or return.
8. Manufacturer Warranty Coordination
We may coordinate with manufacturers for additional warranty coverage beyond the initial 30-day period. Many cycling and training equipment manufacturers offer extended warranties.
9. Safety and Compliance
All warranty handling follows applicable UK safety and regulatory standards, including product safety requirements and consumer protection law.
10. Commercial Orders
Bulk or commercial orders may have separate warranty agreements. Please contact us to discuss business or trade terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them. Our liability for defective products is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
12. Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
13. Record Keeping
You should retain your purchase receipt or order confirmation for warranty claims. We keep records of all orders for six years in line with UK data protection and accounting requirements.
