1. Your Legal Rights
You have two distinct sets of rights when you purchase from us, both designed to protect you under UK law:
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order for any reason.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and ongoing rights to repair, replacement, or refund if goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel your order.
Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If your goods are faulty, damaged in transit, not as described, or we have sent you the wrong item, you have the right to reject them within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund.
We will arrange and pay for the return of faulty or incorrect goods.
After 30 days, you are still entitled to a repair or replacement. If that is not possible or fails, you have the right to a price reduction or final refund.
Please report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
4. How to Start a Return
Contact us by email or telephone with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for your return.
For change-of-mind returns, you may use the model cancellation form below or simply notify us in writing of your decision to cancel.
For faulty or incorrect goods, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection at no cost to you.
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are excluded from the 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sealed hygiene items that have been opened (such as heart rate monitor chest straps, earphones, or items worn against the skin)
- Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed after you gave express consent to immediate delivery
These exclusions do not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described.
6. Packaging and Postage
Please package items securely in their original packaging where possible.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage costs and the risk of loss or damage until the goods reach us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
For faulty or incorrect goods, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange courier collection at no cost to you.
7. Inspection and Approval
Returns are inspected within 2–4 business days of receipt.
Change-of-mind returns must be in unused, resaleable condition. Items returned used, damaged, or incomplete may be rejected or subject to a deduction to reflect the reduction in value.
8. Refund Timeframe and Method
Refunds are issued within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods back, or within 14 days of you providing proof that you have posted the goods, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout (card, PayPal, etc.) at no charge to you.
If you used a discount code or gift voucher, the refunded amount will reflect the actual amount paid.
9. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
No restocking fees apply to standard change-of-mind returns, provided the goods are returned in unused, resaleable condition.
10. Exchanges and Replacements
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please return the original item and place a new order.
Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge where stock is available, or you may request a full refund.
11. Manufacturer Warranty
Many of our products carry a manufacturer warranty in addition to your statutory rights.
Warranty claims are handled in cooperation with the manufacturer. We will assist you throughout the process to ensure a swift resolution.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by any manufacturer warranty.
12. Special Circumstances
In the event of a product recall, safety notice, or regulatory change, we will contact affected customers directly and arrange returns or replacements at no cost.
13. Your Responsibilities
Please inspect your delivery promptly upon receipt.
Report any damage, defects, or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
Notify us of your intention to return goods within the applicable timeframe (14 days for change of mind, 30 days for faulty goods).
Package and return goods securely, retaining proof of postage.
14. Model Cancellation Form
You may use this form to notify us of your cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or you may contact us by any other means.
