Shipping Policy

FREE UK Shipping

All orders are subject to FREE shipping (applies to UK only) providing the total basket equates to over £30. This amount applies at checkout and captured after any discount or promotional code has been applied.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


DELTA Fitness Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Please contact us if the option is not available on checkout and we can produce a separate quote.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days on clothing and other products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

FREE UK Returns

You are eligible for FREE returns if we are notified within 28 days upon placing your order and you're returning orders within the UK. In order for us to process your return, please head over to the Returns page to start the process. All returns are subject to our returns and refund policy outlined below, please read them carefully.


Worldwide Returns

Worldwide returns and shipping costs must be paid for by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service including insurance to ensure the goods are covered. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-10 working days.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


To return your product, you should mail your product to the below address or use the returns portal located in the footer menu. Please ensure you use a 'signed for' service and keep your proof of postage for our records.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item yourself worth over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
